About Us
My name is Jim Michelmore and I am the owner of JM's Home Inspections. I started JM's Home Inspections in 2004. My company is your best source for a professional, detailed home inspection service.
Prior to completing home inspections, I worked in the insurance industry as a general claims adjuster, handling inspections/investigations on insurance property claims for fifteen years.
I am fully certified, insured (E & O and General Liability) and bonded. I am a member, as well as certified with the National Institute of Building Inspectors (NIBI) and participate in their continuing education program. NIBI (www.NIBI.com) was founded in 1987.
