JM's Home Inspections completes inspections of both residential and commercial properties. A typical home inspection takes approximately 3-4 hours to perform. A computer generated report with digital photos of the front exterior of the property and any areas of concern located during the inspection, is e-mailed to you. It is recommended that the consumer attend the inspection and ask questions. Payment is expected at the end of the inspection, unless previously arranged. A typical inspection includes:

-Skylight, chimney and other roof penetrations.
-Decks, steps, porches, walkways and railings.

1500 - 1999 = $410.00
2000 - 2499 = $425.00
2500 - 2999 = $475.00
3000 - 3499 = $500.00
3500 - 3999 = $550.00
4000 - 4499 = $600.00
4500 - 4999 = $650.00
5000 - 5499 = $700.00
5500 - 5999 = $775.00
6000 - 6499 = $800.00
6500 - 7000 = $900.00

Crawl Space = Add $85.00
Front "and" back yard sprinklers = Add $60.00
